Recently, at the office of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between VIREA, the Research Institute for Sustainable Energy (RISE) – Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Research Institute for Applied Artificial Intelligence in Sustainable Development (AI4SD) – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This event marks a strategic step towards leveraging infrastructure resources, green energy solutions, and digital technology towards a sustainable industrial sector.

While the industrial parks in Northern Vietnam were developed later than those in the South, the industrial provinces in this region are very attractive for high-tech industries. The average occupancy rate at the industrial parks in the North is around 80%.

The industrial zones in the South have been developing rapidly, meeting the needs of investors and the overall economic development situation of the country.
