The 30th: The groundbreaking ceremony for ECOHUB NAM HA developed by Hoa Long Invest,
On November 2, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the HLI Ecohub Nam Ha Project, a rental factory project by Hoa Long Invest, was held in Dong Ha Commune, Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan Province.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Bo Van Hoa, Director of the Binh Thuan Department of Industry and Trade, and Mr. Huynh Van Tin, Chairman of the Duc Linh District People’s Committee, among others.
HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is strategically located adjacent to Dong Nai Province, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Ho Chi Minh City via highway. It offers convenient access to Tan Son Nhat Airport, Cat Lai Port, and Cai Mep – Thi Vai Port within 1.5 to 2 hours, making it an ideal location for investors looking to trade and export goods to markets in the United States, Europe, China, South Korea, and Japan.
Currently, the investment amount for Phase 1 of the project is 17.447 trillion VND, with a rental factory area of 18.5 hectares and a total land use area of 27.2 hectares. It offers a variety of unit sizes ranging from 1,500 m² to 10,000 m² with flexible designs, allowing investors to easily expand their factories according to their business development strategies.
The project is equipped with a complete infrastructure system that includes an advanced fire protection system, a three-layer security system, 24/7 security patrols, and a 110/22 KV power supply infrastructure. It is connected to two water sources from Binh Thuan to Dong Nai, providing a water supply capacity of 6,000 to 14,000 m³ per day.
The representative of the investors, Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy, General Director of Hoa Long Company, stated, “Hoa Long Invest has built a solid foundation, from transparent legality to convenient transportation connections with major economic centers such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai. The factories of Hoa Long Invest meet leading standards and have the capability to flexibly expand within a comprehensive support logistics ecosystem, assisting investors in easily implementing and expanding production.”
HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is expected to become a pioneer in green industrial development in Binh Thuan, expanding cooperation opportunities for businesses, creating tens of thousands of new jobs, and actively contributing to local policies through the attraction of domestic and foreign investment capital. It aims to increase the export of primary products and is particularly focused on investing in renewable energy to pursue sustainable development.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, stated, “The HLI EcoHub Nam Ha existing factory project not only contributes to improving local production capacity but also creates many opportunities. It significantly contributes to job creation and stabilizing the livelihoods of local residents. At the same time, it actively supports and promotes the rapid and sustainable socio-economic development of the region.
HLI EcoHub Nam Ha: A Pioneer in the Application of Green Standards.
In the global context of transitioning to sustainable development standards, green industry has become an essential strategic goal for many countries and companies. Particularly in developing countries like Vietnam, the circular economy model and resource optimization are attracting significant attention from international investors.
