Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. introduces “DPL Vietnam Minh Quang,” a joint development with WHA Corporation PCL, the largest developer of logistics facilities and factories in Thailand, located in Hung Yen Province near Hanoi.
The facility is conveniently located approximately 45 km from downtown Hanoi, 80 m from Haiphong Port, and 54 km from Noi Bai International Airport, making it an excellent logistics hub for land, sea, and air transport. It serves as a transit point for city deliveries and import/export operations with international ports.
In the vicinity, along National Route 5, there are industrial zones such as Tan Long 2 Industrial Park and Pho Noi A and B Industrial Parks, where many manufacturing companies are concentrated. Over 90 Japanese companies have entered this area, indicating a strong demand for raw material and finished goods storage. Additionally, the appeal lies in the fact that Japanese factory managers can commute from Hanoi, taking just over an hour by car.
