去る3月12日にロンアン省のBen Lun Districtに工業団地と住宅を開発するProdezi Eco-Industrial Parkの地鎮祭が開催された。


This industrial park is adjacent to the western edge of Ho Chi Minh City, benefiting from good access to two major highways: Ho Chi Minh – Trung Lương and Bến Lức – Long Thành, facilitating transportation from Long An Province to Ho Chi Minh City, Đồng Nai Province, and Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu Province.
The Prodezi project is a large-scale initiative developing a total of 500 hectares, comprising 400 hectares of industrial land and 100 hectares of residential land. This industrial park is the first Eco-Industrial Park in Long An Province and the largest Eco-Industrial Park in the Mekong Delta region. The ceremony was attended by key officials from the Long An Provincial Government, including Deputy Director Huỳnh Văn Sơn, executives from Japanese companies responsible for infrastructure such as Tohoku Gas and Chitose Bio Evolution, as well as Mr. Minh Trường, Vice President of the industrial park.which will develop an industrial zone and residential area in Bến Lức District, Long An Province, was held. As the name suggests, the Eco-Industrial Park aims to be environmentally friendly, with the catchphrases “2050 Net Zero Carbon” and “Green Certification Target.” Infrastructure development is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
